Thanks to all the composers and performers who helped make the second Tasmanian Composers Festival a success.

The final concert, Song of the Year, hosted the awards.

Brackets are 15 minutes (3 songs). Set up time is included - hence 'acoustic'.

Songwriters Circle (like us on Facebook)

The Hobart Songwriters Circle is a casual, supportive group who meet each month to present a song to their peers for feedback and discussion. The theme is a guide only and all songwriters are welcome.

A group for people who write or just appreciate original Tasmanian music.

TUESDAY April 12, 7.30pm (second Tuesday of the month)

Venue: Hotel Soho, 124 Davey Street Hobart

For songwriters old and new, poets and all. Bring your new song or reprise an old song, write to the theme of the month or come to absorb.
